岗位职责:
1、根据公司发展战略,协助总裁做好各工厂生产计划并监督实施,负责人、事、物的日常管理,协调下属各部门间的协作,做好与其他部门的沟通,保证公司整体运营的有效运行;
2、负责组织公司生产计划的制定、审核、批准,组织产销协调,完善产品生产标准操作规程,组织、实施、监督产品生产工作;
3、负责制定物流管理流程,规范物流服务管理,改善物流运作系统,实现物流成本的优化,并管理物流资源及供应商,并不断提升物流服务水平;
4、负责生产相关的外联关系维护处理,以保持良好的生产运营状态,负责环保、消防、卫生检疫、安全、职业健康等各项安全事宜,配合药监、环保、安监、公安、消防等*部门的年检及检查工作,确保公司生产工作的正常运行;同时做好与业务部门的对接联动,为业务服务提供及时、可靠、完备的生产技术支持;
5、负责运营成本和产品质量的控制,不断提高和改善运营效率和产品品质;
6、负责生产管理后备人才梯队的建设培养,做好工厂管理干部的传帮带管理工作;
7、完成上级交代的其他工作。
